This week, in case you didn’t realise, it’s “World Refugee Week”, and UK councils have gone out of their way to celebrate – using the hashtag “Community as a Superpower”:

One council that has made a huge effort is Lambeth in London.

It has gone so far as to provide a “Welcome to Lambeth” guide, put together by High Trees Community Development Trust, to help “sanctuary seekers” settle in:
